Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy apply only to information gathered online at our Website. They do not apply to information that you may submit to us offline or to Websites maintained by other companies or organizations to which we may link.

The Conrad Foundation collects personal information, voluntarily submitted by visitors to the Website, which enables us to respond to program participation requests, distribute e-newsletters, process Spirit of Innovation Award and other program submissions applications and employment inquiries and respond to requests for more information or assistance. The Conrad Foundation also receives materials through our Website submitted by participants in the Spirit of Innovation Awards. Those materials referred to in the Rules as Competition Materials and the Next Step Plan will be kept confidential unless and until such materials are publicly disclosed by the participants in the course of the Spirit of Innovation Award competition or elsewhere.
    2. The Conrad Foundation strives to adhere to the highest standards of ethical practices in all of our operations and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our Website. Except as disclosed below, we don't sell, barter, give away, rent or permit anyone outside of the Conrad Foundation to use your personal information or the Competition Materials.
