Mentor Video: About Our Mentor Program
Our Mentor Program is an essential part of the Spirit of Innovation Awards. Students and teachers truly benefit from connecting to the experts in their STEM competition category. This year's categories are Aerospace Exploration, Clean Energy, and Health and Nutrition. Participants in the Conrad Awards have an unprecedented opportunity to engage with each other through our online community. Students and teachers are assisted with advanced STEM and business principles to further the development of their product while Mentors gain the prestige of a SOIA Mentor by helping and inspiring the next generation of the STEM workforce.
